Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your access to and use of the IVAS platform, API, and all related services provided by IVAS Corp. By using IVAS, you agree to comply with this policy. If you violate it, we may suspend or terminate your access.

This AUP supplements our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in those terms.

Permitted Use

You are welcome to use IVAS for any lawful purpose, including:

• Storing and retrieving memories for AI agents
• Using the API for commercial applications
• Building and shipping products on top of IVAS
• Exporting your data at any time, in any supported format

We built IVAS to be the memory layer for your agents. Go build.

Prohibited Content

You may not store, transmit, or process any of the following through IVAS:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors
• Content that promotes or facilitates terrorism or violent extremism
• Instructions for manufacturing illegal weapons or explosive devices
• Content related to the sale or distribution of controlled substances
• Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrighted material used without authorization, or trade secrets obtained through improper means
• Personally identifiable health information (PHI) subject to HIPAA, unless you have an active Enterprise agreement with IVAS Corp that explicitly covers HIPAA compliance

Prohibited Conduct

You may not engage in any of the following activities:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to extract the server-side source code of IVAS
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your API keys to any third party
• Attempting to access another user's vaults, memories, or data
• Performing security attacks against IVAS infrastructure, including but not limited to DDoS attacks, brute-force authentication attempts, and injection attacks
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or other technical restrictions
• Using automated systems to create fake or fraudulent accounts
• Using IVAS as infrastructure for spam, unsolicited messaging, or bulk outreach campaigns
• Reselling access to IVAS or sub-licensing API access without a prior written agreement from IVAS Corp

Your Data

You own your data. IVAS does not claim any rights to the content you store in your vaults. You may export or delete your data at any time through the API.

You are solely responsible for the content you store. IVAS Corp does not actively monitor vault contents but reserves the right to review content when investigating reported violations of this policy.

Enforcement

Violations are handled proportionally:

• First violation — Warning sent to your account email. You will have a reasonable period to remedy the issue.
• Second violation — Temporary suspension of API access for 7 days.
• Severe violation — Immediate and permanent termination of your account without refund. This includes any activity involving illegal content (Section 3) or security attacks (Section 4).
• Discretionary action — IVAS Corp reserves the right to remove content and terminate accounts at its sole discretion when we determine continued access poses a risk to the platform, its users, or third parties.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, except where immediate action is required to protect the platform or comply with legal obligations.

If you believe someone is violating this policy, or if you have encountered content on IVAS that you believe is illegal or harmful, please contact us:

Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the IVAS dashboard at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of IVAS after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
